Pastor: Eric Hodge

      Bro. Eric is a native Louisianian, having been born and raised in Sulphur, Louisiana.  He came from Louisiana to join our staff in February 2003.  He earned his bachelor degree from Northeast Louisiana University in Monroe, La. in 1986, and the Master of  Divinity degree from New Orleans Baptist Theological Seminary in 1990.  He served as a full-time Minister to Youth for fifteen yrs. before entering the full-time pastorate.   Bro. Eric has been married to Regina, our Minister to Children, for twenty years.   He has one thirteen yr. old son, Thomas Ericson.  
        Bro. Eric loves to read, write, play tennis, and spend time with all of his family.  At times, he has been known to be a rabid Dallas Cowboys fan.  
        Bro. Eric has previously served five churches in Louisiana and Alabama.

Children's Minister: Regina Hodge

        Regina Hodge was born and raised in Hamlet, North Carolina.  She earned her bachelor's degree in Psychology from Mars Hill Baptist College in Mars Hill, NC in 1985 and the Master of Religious Education degree from New Orleans Baptist Theological Seminary in 1989.  
        Regina has previously served nine part-time & full-time churches in North Carolina, Alabama, and Louisiana.  She also served as "Dorm Mom" at Glorieta Baptist Conference Center in the Summer 0f 1988.  Regina began her position as Minister to Children at MOBC in January 2005, and is also a pre-school teacher in the Crossett School District. 
        Regina loves to read, cross stitch, scrap book, watch old cowboy movies, and spend time with her family.  She has been married  to Bro. Eric for twenty years.  She is mother to thirteen yr. old Thomas Ericson.

Associate Pastor, Youth , & Senior Adult Pastor: David Tohlen

        Bro. David is a native of St. Louis, Missouri, having graduated from SE Missouri State and from Southern Baptist Theological Seminary in Louisville, Kentucky in 1980.  Bro. David has served at MOBC as Minister to Students for fourteen years.  
        He came to Crossett from West Baptist Church in Batesville, AR , where he served as Minister of Music and Youth for sixteen years. Bro. David also works and guides our Sr. Adult Ministry.  He has  served  seven churches in Arkansas. 
        Bro. David has been married to Gayle for thirty-five years and they have two grown, married daughters, Julie and Jennifer.  Bro. David and Gayle enjoy their grandchildren, Parker, Dalen, and Hallie.  
        Bro. David loves to hunt, snow ski, minister to youth, spend time on the family farm in Missouri, and with his family.  Bro. David also pulls for the St. Louis Cardinals.

Worship Leader: Scott Sasser

        Bro. Scott is a native of Crossett, having grown up in Mt. Olive Baptist Church.  In January 2010, God called Scott back to MOBC as our Worship Leader after being away for 32 years. He earned a BA degree in Music in 1983 from Louisiana Tech University, and a MEd in Counseling from the University of Arkansas in Fayetteville. Scott is also employed by the Crossett School District as  Chairman of the Counseling Department at Crossett High School. 
        He has been married to Donna for twenty-two years, and has 2 daughters, Carli and Sadie, both of whom are students at Ouachita Baptist University in Arkadelphia, AR.  Scott and Donna also open their hearts & home as Foster Parents to foster children in Ashley County when needed.
        Scott loves music, reading, spending time with his family, and he loves all outdoor activities.
        Scott has previously served six churches in Arkansas and Louisiana.
